You can't build a reputation on what you are promising to do. We prefer to talk about what we actually achieve. Successful placements mean individual career enhancement and ultimately lead to profitable growth for law firms. Since commencement in 1998 our reputation has been progressively built one appointment at a time. We take the view that our clients and candidates cannot afford the luxury of a single negative experience and nor can we.

We are very selective. New candidate applicants are rigorously scrutinised before we agree to accept their registration. When a specific assignment arises, we step it up another gear as our exacting selection intensifies with that role in mind. Only the best get through. All of this happens prior to our clients getting to meet our candidates – it makes for outstanding short-lists every time without delay.
That’s why our success ratio in placing the best candidates with legal employers is unprecedented. When we recommend an applicant for a specific legal vacancy, we are confident that we’ve always made the right choice. Our 13 year reputation depends on it. JDI expanding private practice client base ranges from Legal 100 large multi-national organisations to traditional high street practitioners. We also provide candidates for in-house and the public sector legal environment and introduce talented legal professionals to like-minded employers across the entire legal spectrum.
